Aerial tips

For a aerial, you must be able to do a one handed cartwheel. It also helps if you can do a dive cartwheel.

Tip #1: get a good running start

Tip #2: try arm circling during your hurdle.

Tip #3: don't try without supervision, make sure your mom or dad or someone is there watching you, incase an accident happens

Tip #4: don't worry if you can't do them on grass! Grass isn't a bouncy surface, and you will need lots of height to get it.

I hope you enjoyed these tips! And remember, please comment!

Aerial

I know I said I wouldn't post often, but for a while I will, cause I always get attached to a blog when I first make it.:)
Ok, now onto the post:
Side aerial
A few months ago, I got my side aerial. (No handed cartwheel) As of now, I really love to do them, except I can't do them on grass, only tumbling floor and wood chips. It's a really cool feeling to be flipping in the air, and it's my first no-handed skill. I think I might do tutorials, so look out for an aerial tutorial! Oh, and please comment!
This isn't me, it's from Snapguide

Front aerial

My newest skill is a front aerial. I can pretty much do it, but then I fall. But that's ok, because every fall gets you better and better. You know what not to do. That goes with everything you do in life. You probably hear this a lot, but you really do learn from your mistakes.
This is not my photo, via google images.

Welcome!

Welcome to my gymnastics blog! I won't post here very often, and it will probably be about a new skill, but every so often something else gymnastics related!
