Tip #1: get a good running start
Tip #2: try arm circling during your hurdle.
Tip #3: don't try without supervision, make sure your mom or dad or someone is there watching you, incase an accident happens
Tip #4: don't worry if you can't do them on grass! Grass isn't a bouncy surface, and you will need lots of height to get it.
